Josh Bondy has been part of the ARC team since 2020, earning a promotion to manager after building a successful career as an agent. He is known among colleagues and clients alike for his strong work ethic, approachable nature, and commitment to building meaningful, lasting relationships. Josh is passionate about helping individuals and families plan for retirement, protect what matters most, and move confidently toward their financial goals.
Josh holds a Master’s degree in Theology with a focus on Church Administration and brings a diverse background in ministry, nonprofit work, and military service. He served in the United States Marine Corps from 2005 to 2010, earning the rank of Corporal before being honorably discharged. Following his service, he continued to serve others in various roles, including Pastor, ESL teacher, Substance Misuse Prevention Specialist, and Donor Ministries Representative with Samaritan’s Purse. He has also been active in his community, volunteering with the Kernersville Kiwanis and serving as a Chaplain for the Kernersville American Legion Post. These experiences have shaped his perspective and allow him to better serve clients from all walks of life.
Outside of work, Josh enjoys spending time with his wife, Amy, and their three children, Solomon, Talia, and Eden. As a family, they enjoy camping, reading, playing games, working on puzzles, and making music together. Josh also serves as a small group leader at his church and as an assistant leader for his son’s Trail Life group.
